Why do you not charge any fees for using your technology?

We want Kiwi's to get a fair deal and simplify having a home loan, so our services are completely free. We are funded by our Marketing Partnerships.

Do you provide home loans?

No, we are a social platform and provide information only. We provide our users with with public available information about current home loan offers. Our users share home loan experiences with eachother.

Are you a Mortgage Broker or Mortgage Adviser?

Not at all, we provide a social platform and information only. Our purpose is to give borrowers publicly available information in a simple way. You can use our platform to refer your contact details to an experienced and recommended Broker/Mortgage Adviser.

Do you provide financial advice or services?

No. We do not provide financial advice and we are not a Fiancial Services Provider. We always recommend you seek guidance from a qualified Financial Adviser, such as a Mortgage Adviser (aka Mortgage Broker)
